The year was 2020, and what a tumultuous year that was. It was the year of the Corona.

We were all locked in and had to find ways to pass the time and keep our minds straight and our spirits up. And it was one day that I pulled out my ol' keyboard and started messing around with my synth collection. One thing led to another, a lick to a phrase, to structure, to tunes, to a concept... and thus Ninja Frog was born.

It's a story of how the mind of a retro video game fan starts to wander as the days start to blend together, escaping the confines of isolation. It's a fun one. There are ups, there are downs, frustrations and breakthroughs, and there are of course some catchy beats.
